In the aftermath of the plane accident, in which Sloan and Lexie Grey were killed, the hospital is sued and eventually found liable for negligence. When Meredith finally takes the stand it seems to be going well, at least until Arizonas lawyer gets her claws into her. Unfortunately, right as this is going on, Arizona gets a 9-1-1 call from April and is forced to leave the courtroom and go back to the hospital to perform emergency surgery on her pregnant patient from last week. But in the end, Arizona won sole custody of Sophia.
